Sales Development Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Lead generation: Identify and research potential clients and opportunities in India and the US using online research, social media, and industry events.
2. Outbound outreach: Engage prospects via email, phone, and social media to introduce our solutions and generate interest.
3. Qualify leads: Assess lead needs and readiness for sales conversations to ensure high-quality prospects for the sales team.
4. Appointment setting: Schedule meetings or product demos for the sales team with qualified leads.
5. CRM management: Maintain accurate records of interactions and track lead progress in the CRM system.
6. Collaboration: Align lead generation efforts with the sales and marketing teams to support overall business goals.
7. Market understanding: Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities to effectively engage prospects.

Qualifications:

1. Experience: 1-3 years in sales development or lead generation, preferably in tech; familiarity with Indian and US markets is a plus.
2. Communication skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to engage and persuade prospects.
3. Sales skills: Strong understanding of sales processes with a proven track record in lead generation and qualification.
4. Tech savvy: Proficient in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales tools.
5. Self-motivated: Goal-oriented, able to work independently and manage time effectively.
6. Cultural awareness: Understanding of cultural differences and business practices in India and the US.
