About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Follow up with schools to whom we have sent emails regarding our school ERP solutions
2. Engage with school administrators and decision-makers to understand their requirements and offer solutions tailored to their needs
3. Maintain accurate records of follow-up activities and communication with schools using CRM software
4. Assist in developing and implementing sales and marketing strategies to promote our school ERP solutions
5. Conduct market research to identify potential clients and market trends
6. Assist in preparing promotional materials
7. Provide administrative support, such as maintaining CRM databases and tracking sales metrics
8. Assist in organizing and attending sales meetings, conferences, and other events

Other requirements

1. Currently enrolled in a Bachelors or Masters degree program in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field

2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

3. Strong organizational and time management abilities

4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

5. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment

6. Prior experience in sales or marketing is a plus but not required

Additional information

Stipend structure: This is a performance-based internship. In addition to the minimum-assured stipend, you will also be paid a performance-linked incentive (₹ 5000 per sale).
