Recruitment Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Develop and implement recruitment strategies: Design and implement recruitment plans to attract and hire qualified candidates
2. Job postings: Write and post job descriptions on various job boards, social media platforms, and the company's careers page
3. Candidate sourcing: Source candidates proactively using a variety of methods, including online databases, social media, job fairs, and employee referrals
4. Screening and interviewing: Review resumes, conduct phone screenings, and schedule and conduct in-person or virtual interviews
5. Candidate assessment: Assess applicants' relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience, and aptitudes
6. Coordinate with hiring managers: Work closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide regular updates on recruitment activities
7. Offer management: Prepare and extend job offers, negotiate terms, and coordinate the hiring process
8. Onboarding: Assist with the onboarding process to ensure new hires are smoothly integrated into the company
9. Maintain recruitment data: Keep detailed records of all recruitment activities, including applicant tracking and reporting
10. Employer branding: Promote the company's reputation as a great place to work and enhance employer branding
11. Compliance: Ensure all recruitment activities comply with employment laws and regulations
