About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Screening potential employee s resumes to identify suitable candidates
2. Scheduling interviews with shortlisted candidates
3. Preparing and sending offer letters and rejection letters to candidates
4. Assisting the HR staff in gathering market salary information
5. Using Naukri.com, LinkedIn, and other job portals to get candidates
6. Posting job openings on various job posting sites and social media platforms
