Key Responsibilities:
1. Assist in the creation and posting of job advertisements on various platforms
2. Screen resumes and conduct initial phone screenings with potential candidates
3. Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers
4. Assist in the onboarding process for new hires
5. Update and maintain recruitment databases and records
6. Research and implement new recruitment strategies to attract diverse candidates
7. Provide administrative support to the HR team as needed
