HR Recruitment Intern Internship

Key Responsibilities:
Candidate Sourcing: Assist in identifying and attracting candidates through job boards, social media, and professional networks.
Resume Screening: Review resumes and applications to pinpoint potential candidates who meet job requirements.
Preliminary Interviews: Conduct initial phone interviews to evaluate candidates' skills, qualifications, and fit for the role.
Interview Coordination: Schedule and organize interviews, ensuring seamless communication between candidates and hiring managers.
Job Postings: Contribute to creating and managing job advertisements on various platforms.
Onboarding Support: Aid in the onboarding process for new hires, including preparing documentation and coordinating training sessions.
Candidate Records: Maintain and update candidate information in the HR system to ensure accurate records.
HR Projects: Assist with HR projects and perform various administrative tasks as needed.

Qualifications:
Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
Genuine interest in HR and recruitment processes.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage confidential information with discretion.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Capable of working independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
Positive attitude with a strong willingness to learn and grow.
