3. Conduct initial screenings and interviews to assess candidate qualifications
4. Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate profiles in the database
5. Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers
6. Assist with onboarding processes for new hires
7. Provide regular updates and reports on recruitment activities to the team
