We are seeking a product management intern to assist in evaluating our customer journey and working with partners to improve our product experience.
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Review the current website experience for key customer journeys using GA 4 and Microsoft Clarity.
2. Identify critical customer journeys and touchpoints to improve overall experience, focusing on customer acquisition, retention, and lifetime value.
3. Perform external benchmarking to identify key areas of innovation in the customer funnel.
4. Build a product experience roadmap and business case for various feature sets and customer experience improvements.
Note: Based on performance during six months internship, the candidate will be taken further for regular employment.

1. Currently pursuing a degree in marketing, business, design, or product engineering.
2. Basic understanding of customer journeys and funnels.
3. Strong grasp of product management principles and first-principle thinking.
4. Good communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
