We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized product listing intern to join our dynamic team. This intern will play a crucial role in managing our product listings, ensuring that all product information is accurate, well-catalogued, and effectively presented to enhance the customer experience and support our sales goals.
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. List products on our e-commerce platform, including detailed descriptions, specifications, and pricing
2. Maintain and update product listings to ensure all information is current and correct, coordinating with product teams as needed
3. Utilize MS Excel and Google Sheets proficiently to organize product data efficiently
4. Collaborate with the cataloging team to enhance product presentation and discoverability
5. Assist in the quality control processes to verify the accuracy of product data and images
6. Analyze product data trends and generate reports to aid in inventory and marketing strategies
7. Participate in team meetings and provide insights to improve processes and data management practices.

1. Strong proficiency in MS Excel and Google Sheets, including formulas, pivot tables, and data manipulation.

3. Good understanding of data organization, cataloging, and the basic principles of e-commerce.
4. Effective communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work independently when required.
5. Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
