Key responsibilities:
1. Assisting in creating and implementing social media marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and drive engagement.
2. Managing and scheduling posts on Instagram and Facebook to maintain a consistent online presence.
3. Monitoring social media analytics and report on key metrics to optimize performance.
4. Collaborating with the design team to create visually appealing content for social media posts.
5. Engaging with followers and responding to comments and messages in a timely manner.
6. Researching and staying up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in social media marketing.
7. Supporting the team in various marketing initiatives and projects as needed.

Stipend structure: This is a performance-based internship. In addition to the minimum-assured stipend, you will also be paid a performance-linked incentive (₹ 100 per sale).
