About part time job/internship
This is a sales internship for civil engineering and architecture students.
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Cold-Calling: Reach out to potential clients to introduce our services, follow up on leads, and set appointments for further discussions
2. Client Engagement: Build and maintain relationships with clients, address their inquiries, and provide information about our real estate offerings
3. Property Visits: Assist in organizing and conducting property viewings, gathering feedback from clients, and reporting on market trends
4. Market Research: Conduct research to identify new market opportunities, analyze competitors, and gather insights to support marketing strategies
5. Promotional Activities: Help design and implement marketing campaigns, including social media posts, email newsletters, and promotional materials
6. Reporting: Track and report on sales performance, client interactions, and marketing campaign effectiveness to help refine strategies
