We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Business Development intern to join our team. The intern will play a crucial role in data collection, email strategy implementation, and lead generation activities targeting US company executives and decision-makers. This position offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in business development, sales, and marketing within a dynamic and growing organization.
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Data Collection: Research and gather accurate and up-to-date information on US companies, executives, and decision-makers. Utilize various online platforms, databases, and tools to compile comprehensive datasets relevant to our target market
2. Email Strategy Development: Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to develop effective email strategies for reaching key executives and decision-makers. Create compelling and personalized email templates that align with the company's value proposition and goals
3. Lead Generation: Execute outbound email campaigns to engage with targeted executives and decision-makers. Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, adjusting strategies as needed to optimize lead generation efforts
4. Database Management: Organize and maintain a well-structured database of contacts, ensuring data accuracy, completeness, and compliance with relevant regulations. Regularly update contact information and track engagement activities
5. Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to align lead-generation efforts with overall business development goals. Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas for continuous improvement of outreach strategies

Job offer: On successful conversion to a permanent employee, the candidate can expect a salary of Rs. 200000 to 300000 /year
Stipend structure: This is a performance-based internship. In addition to the minimum-assured stipend, you will also be paid a performance-linked incentive (₹ 2000 per sale).
