About part time job/internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Perform data entry for all employees, ensuring accurate information for all employees and contractors in the HRIS.
2. Maintain historical data for previous job changes, salary adjustments, and wholesale changes in employee data management.
3. Generate HR design reports and dashboards, along with ad-hoc HR reports and key documentation uploads.
4. Contribute to the development of the employee handbook and company policies.
5. Assist in drafting employment contracts and contractor agreements.
6. Support recruitment and talent acquisition efforts.
7. Facilitate employee engagement initiatives and enhance workplace productivity.
