Key Responsibilities:

3. Support HR managers in conducting performance evaluations and providing feedback to employees.
4. Manage employee records and ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.
5. Assist in organizing company events and employee engagement activities.
6. Contribute to the development of HR policies and procedures.
7. Provide administrative support to the HR department as needed.
