Operations Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Work with the managing director on a day to day basis on the firm's operations
2. Work on team email & calendar management for project workflow and cross-departmental engagements
3. Work on team timesheet management and verification
4. Update policies and procedures to improve team performance
5. Prepare fee proposals for new projects in coordination with the managing director
6. Create monthly billing sheets for invoicing
7. Work on invoice management and payment follow-ups
8. Schedule new staff recruitment plans along with placing job adverts and resume segregation
9. Create monthly reports to management on key findings and assessments
