About the internship
Summary: We are looking for a dedicated individual to join our team as a real estate intern. The ideal candidate should be someone who is looking for a career in real estate rental, sale and related activities.
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Manage property listings on social media end-to-end
2. Carry out all the work themselves; gather and manage data to ensure that property listings are accurate, comprehensive, and visually appealing to attract potential buyers or tenants
3. Create engaging content (property photos, videos, and descriptions) end-to-end independently
4. Respond promptly to internal and external stakeholders, clients, and prospects
5. Coordinate, schedule visits, and have client-facing abilities over the phone, text, and in person.
Note: Work schedule is full-time, six days a week, with Tuesdays off from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m.
