Who can apply
Only those candidates can apply who:
1. are available for full time (in-office) internship
2. can start the internship between 14th Sep'24 and 19th Oct'24
3. are available for duration of 2 months
4. have relevant skills and interests
1. Currently enrolled in any bachelors or masters program in social work, OD, human resources, social sciences, gender studies, development studies, or a related field.
2. Passionate about womens rights, social justice, and community development.
3. Strong research and analytical skills with the ability to gather, interview, synthesize, and present information effectively.
4. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal with individuals and groups.
5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a dynamic and multicultural environment.
6. Proficiency in MS Office suite.
7. Knowledge of spoken Hindi and Marathi is a must.
Stipend structure: This is a performance-based internship. In addition to the minimum-assured stipend, you will also be paid a performance-linked incentive (₹ 2000 per performance based).
