About the internship

As a lead generation intern at Brihat Infotech Private Limited, you will have the exciting opportunity to work with a dynamic team and contribute to the growth of our business. If you have strong English proficiency, knowledge of MS Excel, and experience in digital marketing, social media marketing, and email marketing, this role is perfect for you.

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Research and identify potential leads through various channels
2. Develop and implement strategies to generate new leads and drive sales
3. Utilize social media platforms to engage with potential clients and drive traffic
4. Create and execute email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and convert them into customers
5. Utilize MS Excel to track and analyze lead generation metrics
6. Assist the sales team in developing effective sales pitches and presentations
7. Collaborate with the marketing team to create targeted campaigns and promotions
8. Lead Generation: Utilize various strategies to generate potential business leads in the IT sector
9. Sales Pitches: Develop and deliver compelling sales pitches to attract and secure new clients
10. Client Interaction: Engage actively with potential clients through emails, phone calls, and meetings to understand their needs and propose suitable solutions
11. Project Coordination: Collaborate with technical teams to ensure the proposed solutions effectively address client requirements
12. Market Research: Conduct thorough research to stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities
13. Email Marketing: Design and execute email campaigns to enhance lead generation efforts
14. Deal Closure: Manage negotiations and close deals efficiently, ensuring a positive experience for both the client and the company

1. Preference for someone who can generate a minimum of 10 hot leads in the IT process in a day.

Additional information

Stipend structure: This is a performance-based internship. In addition to the minimum-assured stipend, you will also be paid a performance-linked incentive (3% of 100000).

Note: The candidates will be on a 15-day probation. Continued employment will depend on performance.
