As an Inside Sales Coordinator Intern at Zenguruz, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our sales team by coordinating and facilitating various aspects of the sales process. You will work closely with our sales representatives and management to ensure smooth operations and efficient communication, ultimately contributing to the growth and success of our business.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Assisting the sales team with administrative tasks such as preparing sales documents, proposals, and contracts.
2. Managing and organizing leads generated through various channels, ensuring timely follow-up and tracking of lead status.
3. Communicating with clients via email, phone, and other channels to address inquiries, provide information, and schedule appointments as needed.
4. Maintaining accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and transactions using our CRM system.
5. Collaborating with marketing and other departments to align sales efforts with overall business objectives and marketing campaigns.
6. Conducting market research to identify potential clients, industry trends, and competitive analysis to support sales strategies.
7. Assisting in analyzing sales data and metrics to evaluate performance and identify areas for improvement.

Qualification:
1. Currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
2. Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
3. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with CRM software preferred.
5. A proactive and results-oriented mindset with a strong desire to learn and grow in a dynamic environment.
6. Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team.
