Human Resources (HR) Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Assist in creating and posting job advertisements.
2. Conduct initial resume screening and maintain candidate databases.
3. Coordinate interview schedules and communicate with candidates.
4. Help organize and prepare new hire orientation materials.
5. Participate in onboarding activities to ensure a smooth transition for new employees.
6. Assist in maintaining organized employee records and databases.
7. Update employee information and ensure data accuracy.
8. Assist in managing office supplies and inventory.
9. Contribute to maintaining a well-organized and functional office environment.
10. Assist in organizing and archiving digital and physical documents.
11. Learn about document version control and efficient record-keeping.
12. Help draft internal announcements, emails, and notifications.
13. Participate in creating content for company communication channels.
