Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

3. Helping with the recruitment process by posting job openings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and corresponding with candidates.
4. Assisting with HR communications to employees.
5. Actively seeking opportunities to learn about various HR functions.
