About the internship

Are you a proactive and detail-oriented individual with a passion for Human Resources? Look no further! Join our team at UNIVOC as a Human Resources intern and gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.

Key responsibilities:
1. Assist with recruitment processes including job postings, candidate screenings, and interview scheduling.
2. Support HR team with onboarding new employees and organizing orientation sessions.
3. Manage employee records and ensure data accuracy in HR systems.
4. Assist in organizing training and development programs for staff.
5. Support HR team in handling employee relations issues and conflict resolution.
6. Assist in preparing HR-related reports and presentations using MS-Excel and MS-Word.
7. Manage various administrative tasks and projects as assigned.
