Human Resources (HR) Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

Recruitment Support: Assist in the recruitment process by posting job openings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and coordinating candidate communication.
Onboarding Assistance: Support the onboarding process for new hires by preparing documents, conducting orientation sessions, and assisting with paperwork completion.
HR Administration: Help with administrative tasks such as maintaining employee records, updating HR databases, and organizing personnel files.
Employee Relations: Aid in handling employee inquiries, maintaining communication channels, and supporting employee engagement initiatives.
Training and Development: Assist in organizing training sessions, tracking employee training progress, and maintaining training records.
HR Projects: Support HR team members in various projects related to HR policy development, performance management, or benefits administration.
Compliance Assistance: Assist in ensuring HR policies and procedures comply with legal requirements and company regulations.
Data Analysis: Help in analyzing HR-related data and preparing reports to provide insights for decision-making.
