Human Resources (HR) Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Administrative Tasks: Assisting with administrative tasks such as filing, organizing documents, data entry, and managing HR databases.
2. Recruitment Support: Aiding in the recruitment process by posting job openings, reviewing resumes, scheduling interviews, and corresponding with candidates.
3. Onboarding Assistance: Assisting with the onboarding process for new employees, which may involve preparing orientation materials, scheduling training sessions, and helping new hires with paperwork.
4. Employee Relations: Supporting employee relations initiatives by drafting communications, assisting with employee events or programs, and addressing basic employee inquiries.
5. HR Projects: Contributing to HR projects such as updating HR policies and procedures, conducting research on best HR practices, or assisting with diversity and inclusion initiatives.
6. Training and Development: Helping coordinate training sessions or development programs for employees, and possibly participating in them as well.
7. Compliance Assistance: Assisting with compliance tasks such as ensuring that employee files are up to date, helping with audits, and staying informed about relevant labor laws and regulations.
