As an HR intern at Shree Shiv Shakti Educational Society, you will play a vital role in supporting our HR team with various tasks and projects. Your proficiency in MS-Excel, MS-Word, HRIS, and English will be essential in ensuring the smooth operations of our HR department.
Key responsibilities:
1. Assist with recruitment processes, including posting job openings, scheduling interviews, and conducting reference checks.
2. Maintain and update employee records in the HRIS system.
3. Support with onboarding new employees and conducting orientation sessions.
4. Assist with organizing and coordinating training sessions and workshops for staff.
5. Help with employee relations activities and initiatives to enhance workplace culture.
6. Prepare HR-related documents, such as offer letters, contracts, and performance evaluations.
7. Provide administrative support to the HR team, including managing calendars and scheduling meetings.
