Human Resources (HR) Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Screening potential candidate resumes and application forms to identify suitable candidates to fill company job vacancies.
2. Scheduling Interviews with shortlisted candidates.
3. Posting job advertisements to job posting sites and social media platforms.
4. Employee Engagement Activities - Assisting in the planning of Company events, Rewards and Recognitions.
5. Preparing and sending Offer and rejection letters or emails to candidates.
6. Responding to staff inquiries regarding HR policies, employee benefits, and other HR-related matters.

Requirements:
1. Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications.
2. The ability to work as part of a team.
3. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
4. Excellent administrative and organizational skills.
5. Effective communication skills.
6. Detail-oriented.
