Overview: As an intern in HR at Olio Global, you will be an integral part of our human resources team, supporting various HR functions and gaining hands-on experience in recruitment, employee engagement, and HR operations. This internship is designed to provide you with exposure to the dynamic field of HR within an agency environment, allowing you to develop essential skills and knowledge for a successful HR career.
I. Recruitment Support:
1. Assist in sourcing candidates through job portals, social media, and other channels
2. Coordinate interviews and assessments with candidates and hiring managers
3. Maintain applicant tracking system (ATS) and update candidate records
II. Onboarding and Offboarding:
1. Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, including paperwork, orientation, and training schedules
2. Support offboarding activities, including exit interviews and documentation
III. Employee Engagement:
1. Assist in organizing employee engagement initiatives, such as team-building activities, recognition programs, and wellness initiatives
2. Collect feedback from employees and contribute to improving the overall employee experience
IV. HR Operations:
1. Maintain HR databases and ensure data accuracy and confidentiality
2. Assist in HR documentation and record-keeping, such as contracts, policies, and procedures
3. Support HR projects and initiatives as assigned

Other requirements
1. Currently pursuing a degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field.

5. Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
6. Prior internship experience in HR or related areas is a plus.
