1. Experience in HR Leadership: With a proven track record of leadership in HR. This could include experience managing teams, overseeing HR functions, and implementing HR strategies.
2. Strategic Thinker: An effective HR executive should be able to think strategically about how HR initiatives align with the organizations goals and objectives.
3. Change Management Skills: Experienced in change management, whether its leading organizational change initiatives or adapting HR processes to meet evolving business needs.
4. Strong Communication Skills: To effectively interact with employees, senior leadership, and external stakeholders clearly and persuasively, both verbally and in writing.
5. Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems) and other HR technology tools with data analysis and reporting tools can also be valuable.
6. Cultural Fit: Whose values align with the organizations culture, companys mission, vision, and values.
7. Ethical and Trustworthy: HR executives often handle sensitive information and must maintain confidentiality and integrity, who can demonstrate a strong ethical compass and a reputation for trustworthiness.
8. Global Mindset: Experience or cultural sensitivity to effectively manage HR issues in a global context.
9. Problem-Solving Skills: Who can demonstrate strong problem-solving skills and the ability to navigate difficult situations effectively.
Job offer: On successful conversion to a permanent employee, the candidate can expect a salary of Rs. 300000 to 500000 /year
