Key Responsibilities:
1. Assist with recruitment and onboarding processes, including posting job openings, reviewing resumes, and scheduling interviews.

3. Support HR team in maintaining employee records and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
4. Assist with performance management processes, including conducting evaluations and providing feedback to employees.
5. Collaborate with team members on various HR projects, such as diversity and inclusion initiatives and employee engagement programs.
6. Utilize MS Office and Canva to create presentations, reports, and other materials for HR events and communication.
7. Provide administrative support to the HR team as needed, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and organizing files.
