Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Sourcing Candidates: Assist in sourcing candidates through various channels such as job boards, social media platforms, and professional networks.

2. Screening and Interviewing: Conduct initial screenings of candidates, schedule interviews, and provide support during the interview process.

3. Candidate Engagement: Maintain communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process, providing updates and feedback.

4. Database Management: Update and maintain candidate and client databases, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality of information.

5. Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to the recruitment team, including scheduling meetings, preparing documents, and handling correspondence
