3. Support the senior management in organizing and conducting training sessions and workshops for employees' professional development.
4. Contribute to the development and implementation of the company's HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
5. Assist in maintaining HR records and databases, updating employee information and generating reports as required.
6. Support senior managers in handling employee relations matters, conducting investigations, and addressing any concerns or grievances.
7. Contribute to various HR projects, including performance management and employee engagement programs.
8. Sharing birthday greetings and anniversary greetings with employees.
