As an intern, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in learning and development. You will work closely with our HR team to assist in the design, development, and implementation of training programs that align with our organizational goals.
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Support Teqo s approach to training engagement and evaluation, including identifying ways to drive increased user engagement, learner adoption, and overall training impact
2. Attend and observe internal training and under supervision, support the design, engagement and evaluation of in-house learning initiatives
3. Support in facilitating training as and when required
4. Support the team in all training activities, such as logistics preparation, trainee/trainer support, training registration, feedback, etc.
5. Support team to maintain trainees' learning progress and history
6. Staying current on trends and best practices in learning and development to bring fresh ideas to the team
