1. Conceptualize and execute creative design tasks ranging from sales & marketing
collateral, website design, social media posts, emails/newsletters, full-scale branding campaigns and more
2. Take high ownership of the projects assigned and willingness to learn
3. Work with the founders, sales team, product managers and senior designers to drive the end-to-end design experience of the brand and craft delightful designs
4. Contribute to the design system by helping refine, maintain, and enforce the design guidelines and strategies
5. Web Page and landing page design: Design attractive creatives for our web pages and product suites in line with our design philosophy
6. Collaborate with the senior designer to establish and implement design guidelines, and standards, and deliver best practices
7. Planning and aligning design production pipeline using project management tools,
essential documentation and necessary reporting. (Will be walked through)
8. Design in multiple media formats: photo imagery, illustration and vector-based imagery, simple animations, and videos
9. Work with cross-functional teams like marketing, sales, product, operations and HR departments with short delivery TATs
10. Pitch unique ideas for design projects
11. Work independently and collaboratively to bring projects to completion, with a keen eye for detail
