About the internship

We are hiring for our client Singhania Enterprises Private Limited.

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Keep track of news and notifications published by the stock market, news, and corporates. (Quarterly reports and all other kinds of communication by corporations and stock exchanges)
2. Keep track of economic indicators like currencies, commodities, inflation, exchange rate, or any other factor that is important for stock price movement
3. Make recommendations for investments in financial instruments using software products provided by the company, and data crunching (analysis of balance sheet, P&L, growth, P/E and PEG ratios, and all other analyses required) to make informed investment decisions

Who can apply

Only those candidates can apply who:

1. are available for full time (in-office) internship

Other requirements

1, Work experience preferred (not mandatory): 1 year in equity research in a broking house/fund/credit rating agency

2. MS Office capabilities: Excel, Word & PowerPoint

3. Verbal and written communication skills

4. Enthusiasm and task orientation

5. Excellent communication skills, and passion for stock marketing, investment in equities, and stock marketing research (necessary)

4. Minimum qualification: Graduate

Additional information

1. Duration: 12 months
2. This is a strictly full-time in-office position (8.45 am to 6 pm; must join before the stock market opens)
2. Additional perks: Group health insurance, 2nd and 4th Saturday off, Sunday off, 21 additional leaves including national holidays
3. Stipend: 15000 + performance bonus
4. Main KRA: Equity research
5. Other KRAs: Research in other financial markets (commodities/currency etc.)
