About the internship

The management trainee will undergo a structured training program designed to develop skills and knowledge necessary for a successful career in management. This role provides exposure to various business functions and management practices, preparing the individual for a Fulltime opportunity within our organization.

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Account support: Assist Customer Success Managers (CSMs) with assigned accounts for smooth interactions.
2. Customer inquiries: Respond to customer inquiries and issues promptly and professionally.
3. Record keeping: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and feedback.
4. Product expertise: Develop a strong understanding of our products to better assist customers.
5. Performance support: Help the customer success team achieve key performance indicators (KPIs) and targets.

Other requirements

1. Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, communications, or a related field.

2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

3. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

4. Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

5. Highly motivated and eager to learn and grow in the customer success field.

6. Proficiency in MS Office Suite.

7. Prior experience in customer service or customer success roles is a plus.

8. Exposure to AI and LLM is a must-have.

Job offer: On successful conversion to a permanent employee, the candidate can expect a salary of Rs. 500000 to 700000 /year
