About the internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Explore the food business from all the out-of-home avenues like housing societies, events, corporates, bulk orders, etc.
2. Establish rapport with the key stakeholders like the society manager/chairman, corporate admin, event organizer, etc.
3. Identify and be open to looking out for different places for exploring like food trucks, food counters, etc.
4. Build a good business funnel in order to achieve monthly/quarterly business goals.
5. Keep adding/converting new big housing societies, and B2B customers, and becoming their preferred partner for food ordering.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree with an MBA in sales/marketing.
2. Good interpersonal, confident & relationship-building skills.
3. Excellent negotiation and influencing skills.
4. Should have a high level of ownership in getting things done, by coordinating with different internal and external stakeholders.
5. A go-getter person, comfortable working in a very fast-paced startup environment.
6. Ability to influence and effectively communicate at every level.
7. Should be smart enough to make the decisions at his/her end and open to innovate and believe in trying new & different things to drive the business.
