For our eCommerce Business, we need a category business manager for our Consultation Product and Medicine Sales.
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Review the Telemedicine and fulfillment funnel on AyurVAID.com and other websites.
2. Track NPS for the Telemedicine product and build improvement programs, including training, prescription improvement, customer support, and feedback loops.
3. Explore opportunities to improve medicine fulfillment and drive repeat sales for the Telemedicine product.
Note: Based on performance during six months internship, the candidate will be taken further for regular employment.

1. Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
2. Basic understanding of customer journey, NPS, and fulfillment.
3. Analytical mindset with an interest in data-driven decision-making.
4. Good communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
