About the internship

'The Sales Executive' will play a crucial role in identifying potential clients, nurturing relationships, and closing deals to expand our client base across corporate and educational sectors.

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Identify and research potential clients in corporate and educational sectors who could benefit from training programs
2. Reach out to prospects via cold calling, emails, networking, and other channels to generate leads and establish initial contact
3. Conduct consultations and presentations to showcase the value proposition of our training programs
4. Customize proposals and negotiate contracts with clients, addressing their specific needs and requirements
5. Collaborate closely with the marketing team to develop targeted sales strategies and campaigns to drive lead generation and conversion
6. Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipeline, and customer interactions using CRM software
7. Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and market developments to effectively position our products and services
8. Attend industry events, conferences, and trade shows to represent Digital Dojo and network with potential clients

Other requirements

1. Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field

2. Proven track record of success in B2B sales, preferably in the education or training industry

3. Strong understanding of digital marketing concepts and trends

4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

5. Demonstrated ability to effectively manage sales pipelines, prioritize tasks, and meet targets

6. Self-motivated with a proactive and persistent approach to sales

7. Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite

8. Willingness to travel as needed for client meetings and events

Additional information

Stipend structure: This is a performance-based internship. In addition to the minimum-assured stipend, you will also be paid a performance-linked incentive (5% of revenue above 1 lakh monthly).

Our offerings include tailored workshops ranging from 1-day to 5-day sessions and licensed video courses accessible via our Learning Management System (LMS).

Note: There will be some additional monetary incentives provided for achieving the targets. This will be discussed with the candidate at an individual level.

The candidate should be willing to travel every day to Raghuleela Mega Mall, Kandivali West. This role requires the candidate to report to the office daily & work closely with the Founder/ CEO.
This is a six-month probation period after which a full-time offer will be made based on performance.
Work timings: 10 am to 7 pm [Monday to Saturday]. Sunday holiday.
