Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Sending personalized messages or emails to prospective models and designers to introduce them to the event registration process.
2. Utilizing various platforms like social media, fashion portals, and databases to connect with aspiring models and designers.
3. Researching and identifying potential models and designers for upcoming fashion events.
4. Following up with leads to ensure they complete the registration process and answering any questions they may have.
5. Building and maintaining relationships with fashion schools, modeling agencies, and talent managers to promote model participation.
6. Regularly updating and managing a database of leads and registered models and designers.
7. Collaborating with the event management and marketing team to align registration goals and strategies.
8. Participating in weekly team meetings to discuss outreach progress and strategize for upcoming campaigns.
9. Ensuring all registration details are accurately captured and stored in the system.
10. Monitoring competitor events and their registration strategies to identify new business opportunities.
11. Engaging with interested models and designers through social media platforms to generate leads.
12. Maintaining daily records of outreach efforts, leads generated, and registration status.
13. Providing regular reports to the business development manager on the progress and success of the registration campaign.

Requirements:

1. Strong communication skills
2. Proactive attitude and eagerness to learn
3. Interest in business development and sales.
