About the internship

Are you a highly motivated and energetic individual with a passion for sales and business development? Belsterns Technologies is seeking a 'Business Development (Sales)' intern to join our dynamic team. As an intern, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in various aspects of sales and marketing while supporting the growth of our company.

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Conduct market research to identify potential clients and new business opportunities.
2. Assist in developing and implementing sales strategies to drive revenue growth.
3. Create and manage email marketing campaigns to engage with current and potential clients.
4. Utilize social media platforms to promote our products and services and engage with customers.
5. Develop and deliver effective sales pitches to potential clients.
6. Utilize MS Excel for data analysis and tracking sales performance.
7. Utilize LinkedIn marketing to connect with industry professionals and expand our network.

Who can apply

Only those candidates can apply who:

1. are available for full time (in-office) internship

2. can start the internship between 18th Sep'24 and 23rd Oct'24

3. are available for duration of 3 months

4. are from or open to relocate to Chennai and neighboring cities

5. have relevant skills and interests

Other requirements

Technical experience:

1. Minimum 1 year of experience in a business development role, preferably within a B2B SaaS company.

2. Proven experience in LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo.io and other business development tools.

3. Experience with sales automation tools and CRM systems.

4. Strong understanding of business development principles and best practices.

Soft skills:

1. Excellent communication and copywriting skills.

2. Creative thinker with a knack for problem-solving.

3. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Additional information

Job offer: On successful conversion to a permanent employee, the candidate can expect a salary of Rs. 300000 to 500000 /year
