About the internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Outbound communication: Conduct outbound calls to employees using the predictive attrition control tool, SARA, to identify and address their concerns.
2. Empathetic listening: Actively listen to employees' problems and concerns with patience and empathy.
3. Problem resolution: Collaborate with relevant teams (Sourcing, Operations, etc.) to resolve employees' issues effectively and promptly.
4. Bilingual communication: Communicate effectively in both English and Hindi to cater to a diverse employee base.
Note: Opportunity to convert full time after internship.

Other requirements
1. Education: 12th class, graduate or undergraduate degree.
2. Interpersonal skills: Excellent listening and communication skills with the ability to empathize with employees' concerns.
3. Problem-solving: Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to coordinate with multiple teams to resolve issues.
4. Productivity focused: Ability to meet performance metrics related to call quantity, quality, and retention success.

Stipend structure: This is a performance-based internship. In addition to the minimum-assured stipend, you will also be paid a performance-linked incentive (10% of ctc).
