We are seeking a skilled AI Chatbot Developer with expertise in building conversational AI solutions using Voiceflow. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying AI-powered chatbots and voice assistants that enhance customer engagement and streamline communication processes.
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Design and develop conversational AI chatbots using Voiceflow.
2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and understand user needs.
3. Create intuitive conversation flows, responses, and interactive experiences.
4. Implement AI-driven natural language processing (NLP) capabilities to improve the accuracy and effectiveness of the chatbots.
5. Test, optimize, and debug chatbots to ensure smooth functionality across different platforms.
6. Continuously monitor and refine the chatbot's performance based on user feedback and analytics.
7. Stay updated on the latest chatbot trends, AI developments, and Voiceflow updates.
Qualifications:
1. Proven experience in developing AI chatbots and voice assistants using Voiceflow.
2. Strong understanding of natural language processing (NLP) and conversational AI concepts.
3. Experience with integrating APIs and third-party services into chatbot platforms.
4. Ability to design user-friendly conversation flows and engaging dialogues.
5. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
6. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work in a team environment.
