As an intern, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in accounting, using software such as Tally and MS Excel to manage financial data. Your proficiency in spoken and written English will be essential in communicating with clients and team members. Proficiency in MS Office will also be key in supporting various administrative tasks.
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Assist in maintaining accurate financial records using Tally software
2. Prepare and input data into spreadsheets using MS Excel
3. Collaborate with team members to reconcile accounts and resolve discrepancies
4. Generate reports and invoices for clients
5. Communicate effectively with clients and vendors in English
6. Provide administrative support to the accounting department
7. Participate in training sessions to enhance accounting skills and knowledge
