Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Content Strategy Development: Create and implement content strategies aimed at generating high-quality leads
2. Audience Targeting:
a. Research and identify target audiences based on business goals and customer personas
b. Utilize YouTube analytics to refine audience targeting and optimize video performance
3. Lead Capture Optimization:
a. Design and optimize video descriptions, call-to-actions, and landing pages for maximum lead capture
b. Implement and track lead generation forms, annotations, and end screens
4. SEO and Keyword Strategy
a. Conduct keyword research to identify high-performing terms
b. Optimize video titles, tags, and descriptions to improve discoverability and ranking
5. Ad Campaign Management:
a. Plan, launch, and manage YouTube ad campaigns focused on lead generation
b. Monitor ad performance and adjust strategies to enhance ROI
6. Analytics and Reporting:
a. Track and analyze key performance metrics to assess lead generation success
b. Prepare regular reports highlighting lead generation progress and areas for improvement
7. Trend monitoring:
a. Stay updated on YouTube trends, algorithm changes, and best practices
b. Adjust strategies in response to platform updates and industry shifts

Stipend structure: This is a performance-based internship. In addition to the minimum-assured stipend, you will also be paid a performance-linked incentive ($ 100 per performance).
