About the work from home job/internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities:
1. Develop, customize, and maintain WordPress and Shopify websites
2. Create and modify custom themes, plugins (WordPress), and apps (Shopify)
3. Optimize websites for performance, speed, and SEO
4. Troubleshoot and debug WordPress and Shopify-related issues
5. Implement third-party API integrations and payment gateways
6. Manage website migrations, backups, and security updates
7. Collaborate with designers and content teams to ensure smooth UI/UX implementation
Requirements:
1. WordPress Development - Custom themes, plugins, WooCommerce, Elementor, ACF
2. Shopify Development - Liquid templating, Shopify API, app development
3. Frontend Technologies - HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, jQuery, Bootstrap, TailwindCSS
4. Backend Development - PHP (for WordPress), Liquid (for Shopify)
5. Database Management - MySQL (for WordPress)
6. Version Control - Git, GitHub/GitLab
7. API Integration - REST APIs, GraphQL (for Shopify)
8. Performance Optimization - Caching, lazy loading, image compression, and Core Web Vitals
9. Security Best Practices - SSL, malware protection, and data security
