Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Provide exceptional customer service through phone, email, and chat support
2. Assist customers with inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a timely and professional manner
3. Resolve customer issues and escalate complex problems to the appropriate team members
4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless customer experience
5. Help maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
6. Identify opportunities for process improvements to enhance customer satisfaction
7. Assist with other administrative tasks and projects as needed
