What were looking for:
1. Currently studying or recently completed a degree/course in Film Production, Video Editing, Multimedia, or something similar.
2. Demonstrated expertise in video editing software like Adobe Premiere Pro and Final Cut Pro.
3. Excellent communicator and team player.
4. At least 65% marks in English in either 10th or 12th class.
5. Creative, detail-oriented, and ready to bring fresh ideas to the table.
