Talent Acquisition Work From Home Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Assist in sourcing candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media platforms, and professional networks.
2. Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates.
3. Conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidate qualifications and suitability for specific roles.
4. Coordinate interview schedules and communicate with candidates to ensure a positive experience throughout the recruitment process.
5. Support the creation and posting of job descriptions on relevant platforms.
6. Assist in maintaining accurate and up-to-date candidate records in our applicant tracking system.
