Only those candidates can apply who:
1. are available for the work from home job/internship
2. can work from 12:30 pm - 7:30 pm Indian Standard Time (as the company is based outside of India & their local work timings are 12:30 pm - 7:30 pm India Standard Time)
3. can start the work from home job/internship between 24th Jan'25 and 28th Feb'25
4. are available for duration of 6 months
5. have relevant skills and interests
1. Education: Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in human resources, business administration, psychology, or a related field
2. Interest in recruitment: A strong interest in talent acquisition and human resources
3. Communication skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills
4. Organizational skills: Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
5. Tech-savvy: Proficient in using social media platforms, especially LinkedIn, and familiar with Microsoft Office Suite
6. People skills: Friendly and professional demeanor with the ability to engage with candidates effectively
7. Self-motivated: Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
8. Discretion: Maintains confidentiality and handles sensitive information appropriately
