About the work from home job/internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Review requirements, specifications, and technical design documents to provide timely and meaningful feedback.
2. Create detailed, comprehensive, and well-structured test plans and test cases.
3. Estimate, prioritize, plan, and coordinate testing activities.
4. Identify, record, document thoroughly, and track bugs.
5. Develop and apply testing processes for new and existing products.
6. Liaise with internal teams (e.g. developers and product managers) to identify system requirements.
7. Monitor debugging process results.
8. Track quality assurance metrics, like defect densities and open defect counts.
9. Stay up to date with new testing tools and test strategies
10. Work closely with other teams to ensure that the testing aligns with the overall project requirements and goals.

A. Required skills:

1. Good in functional testing.

2. The individual will develop comprehensive test plans and test cases for mobile, web, and APIs, ensuring thorough coverage of all functionalities.

B. Soft skills:

2. Proactive problem-solving ability.

3. Strong attention to detail.

4. Ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Other Requirements:

1. Qualifications: BCA/B.Tech/M.Tech/MCA/M.Sc.

2. A bachelor’s degree in computer science, software development, or a related field is preferred.

3. Strong knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes.

4. Strong knowledge of any object-oriented language.

5. Ability to write clear, concise, and comprehensive test plans and test cases.

6. Knowledge of all phases of the software testing life cycle.

7. Excellent mathematical and problem-solving skills.
